Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me — I’m Jessica Luisi, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to share the heart and foundation of ILA Wellness with you.

I’m a Registered Nurse, health coach, and yoga instructor, deeply passionate about mind-body wellness and the power of preventative care. I’ve experienced my own challenges in my health journey, feeling disconnected from both my body and mind, and I understand what it’s like to feel like you’ve lost control of your well-being. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to helping others find balance and healing through intentional practices, aligning their lifestyle with their true health needs.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in mental health nursing and acute care, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the complexities of health. I currently work as a nurse at South County Hospital in Rhode Island, but my true passion lies in my health coaching practice, where I help people reclaim their health in mind, body, and spirit.

The core philosophy of my practice is built on the three pillars of ILA Wellness: Intentional, Lifestyle, and Alignment. These words emerged from my own healing, guiding me to a place where I felt truly connected, empowered, and in control of my health. I believe that health is not a destination but a daily practice—a continuous journey of tuning in, staying present, and making choices that support your well-being on all levels.

As a certified health coach and yoga instructor, I combine these principles to help my clients find strength, resilience, and joy through personalized coaching, mindful practices, and yoga. I’m here to support you in creating the life you deserve—one that’s intentional, aligned, and filled with vibrant health.

Living in Rhode Island, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s going for walks with friends, unwinding with a Yin yoga night, or staying active through barre and yoga classes. For me, staying connected to nature and making time for what brings me joy is at the heart of my wellness practice. I believe that when we prioritize ourselves—our bodies, minds, and spirits—we can live our healthiest, happiest lives.
