Hi, I’m Jess.

As a registered nurse, yoga instructor, and health coach, I’ve experienced firsthand what it feels like to live in a constant state of stress, overstimulation and burnout — and how difficult it can be to find wellness approaches that actually feel attainable in real life.

Over time, I realized that the wellness approaches that helped me most weren’t the ones asking me to do more — they were the ones that helped me slow down, reconnect with myself, and better understand what my mind and body actually needed.

ILA Wellness was created to make wellness feel more approachable, supportive, and realistic for everyday life through movement, mindfulness, nervous system education, and science-backed wellness practices.
